Cyber portfolio is an administrative tool that showcases the e-portfolio of MSU masteral and college students who are aspiring for strategies and methods to develop their 21stcentury skills which are blended with higher order thinking skills, multiple intelligences, ICT and multimedia.  Accordingly, this innovative tool is purposely designed to manage, organize,  evaluate and accurately track the e-portfolio of MSU  students  on the subjects :
